Isn’t it interesting that God does not keep you from things that would tempt you to be anxious, BUT He does give you His Wisdom, way,Word and power for you to know How you may handle them SO THAT YOU ARE NOT OVERCOME WITH ANXIETY BUT YOU OVERCOME ANXIETY THROUGH HIS PROVISION FOR YOU.
Through His provision of His Word, His Spirit to enlighten, empower you and through you exercising your faith In Him, His Word and believing prayer and He promises He will impart you with the peace of God which surpasses understanding guarding your heart and Mind in Christ. {Read Phil 2:13; 4:6-7}
You can cast, throwing all of your anxieties on Him for He says and He has proven over and over He cares for you. That is Glorious! He is glorious!-
“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” -{ Peter 5:6-7}
“CASTING” was used of the garments that were thrown unto the donkey to carry Jesus. So, we can throw all our anxieties onto The LORD off ourselves Unto Him. Talk to Him, and tell Him by faith you are trusting Him as you give them one by one and the motivation? Is Because “…He Cares For You!”
You Have Anxious thoughts?
He wants to take them, carry them and is able willing to.
That’s Good news! You have them? He wants them! Give them to Him!
A Humble person gives their anxieties to the LORD Jesus, a proud person keeps them!
The response to anxiety reveal whether you and I are humble and trusting Him or Proud and not trusting Him!
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in +every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”-{Phil 4:6-7}
PRAYING AND PERSONALIZE THE VERSES AND PRAY SUCH AS…
“LORD, I humble myself under Your Mighty Hand… I cast all of my anxiety on You Because You care for me… LORD I choose no longer to submit and yield to anxiety about anything but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, I present MY requests to YOU, and you Promise if I do that Your Peace which transcends all understanding, will guard MY heart and Mind In Christ Jesus” 🙂
