GOD Is POWERFUL;
“Once God has spoken;
Twice I have heard this:
That power belongs to God;
And lovingkindness is Yours, O Lord,…”-{Psalm 62:11-12}

The word “God” used here is the Hebrew name, “Eohim.” “In the beginning [Elohim] created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1). The name Elohim occurs over 2,500 times in the Tanakh. The basic meaning behind the name Elohim is one of strength or power of effect. Elohim is the infinite, all-powerful God who shows by His works that He is the creator, sustainer, and supreme judge of the world.”-{Got questions.com}
God is Powerful enough for whatever you are facing.
The most “powerful” person in the world is not all powerful. He or she cannot stop death. They are impotent to death. They must yield. They are weak to its power, they are impotent. For “POWER BELONGS TO….” Who? People? Nations?Governments? Armies? Business corporations? Puny people who are dependent upon their next breath from God to sustain their heart beat and life. NO! But ” Power belongs to God. ” Power to Create, Power to Destroy, Power to crush, destroy the evil one and his lies. Power to expose the evil one’s lies. Power to transfer from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of His Son. Power to make new creation’s in Christ.Power to forgive, Power to justify us, Power to accept us. Power To Deliver, Power to Save, Power to Sustain, Power to Change people as well as any and all circumstances, that He pleases, “Whatever the Lord pleases, He does,In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps.”-{Psalm 135:6}. “Ah, Sovereign Lord, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your GREAT POWER and outstretched arm. Nothing is too Difficult for you.”-{Jeremiah 32:17}. The word, ‘Power’ used here {oz} means ‘strength, might.’
Do you know why, “nothing is too difficult for Him?” Because He is “SOVEREIGN LORD!” Sovereign, speaks of Kingship.{Read Isaiah 46:9-11}. The last five letters Of Sovereign spells R-E-I-G-N-S. All Power belongs to… GOD! His message, He has given us is one of Power, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is THE POWER OF GOD FOR SALVATION to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. “–{Romans 1;16}. “Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.”-{Heb 7:25}. Power to Save to the uttermost, eternally, for “POWER BELONGS TO GOD!”
The Assurance from Him that our soul’s are Eternally secure, for we read His promise, “…who are PROTECTED BY THE POWER OF GOD through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”-{1 Peter 1:5}. “Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”-{Matt 10;28}, Sovereign King, and Righteous Judge… For “POWER BELONGS TO GOD!
“…putting everything in subjection under His feet.” Now in putting everything in subjection to Him, He left nothing outside His control. At present, we do not yet see everything in subjection to Him…”-{Heb 2:8}. “To Him be the POWER For Ever And Ever. Amen.“- {1 Peter 5:11}
God is not held captive to anyone, or anything, for “POWER BELONGS TO YOU, GOD!”
Take courage and Hope in Him who is in Control and doing whatever “PLEASES Him,” effortlessly! He has given us everything pertaining to life and Godliness”-{2 Peter 1:3} and you can confidently say,”I can Do ALL things Through Christ who INFUSES me with Strength.”-{Read Phil 4:13}. ” What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave Him up for us all—how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?”- {Rom 8:31-32}.
ON EARTH – The Psalmist Worshiped and Testified of His Power,
The Psalmist knew That God was Powerful
The Psalmist TESTIFIED that God was POWERFUL!
He Had EXPERIENCED His POWER and He TESTIFIED OF Him to OTHERS…!
IN HEAVEN – He Is Worshiped Because Of His Power;
“Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” ” – {Rev 4:11}
“Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. 12 In a loud voice they were saying:
“Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and praise!”
Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying:
“To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
be praise and honor and glory and power,
for ever and ever!”
The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.”-{Rev 5:11-14}.
” POWER BELONGS TO GOD…”
It was in tough times the PSALMIST remembers and speaks the truth and TESTIFIES To what he has Heard, Learned about GOD, AND ONE BEING, “power belongs to God…”
SPEAK THE TRUTH to Yourself- as revealed in His WORD – “Power belongs …” not to any person, government, demon, but GOD! He has the ultimate and always the final say! REMEMBER THAT!
At the cross it looked helpless “But God…” had promised He would be raised on the third day, and He who Promised demonstrated through His POWER in raising Him…just as He said! Resurrection POWER…. and Paul prayed that he would know Jesus Christ better and the POWER Of His Resurrection….{Read Phil 3:10}.
Testify Of What You Have Specifically, Personally Experienced of His Power in your own life… To Others… To remind, Encourage, strengthen their faith in their difficulties!

SHARE WITH…OTHERS HOW YOU HAVE PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED His power in your Life…
Encourage others in turning to Him THEY TOO MAY KNOW PERSONALLY THE GOD OF POWER…
AND FOR THOSE WHO ARE HIS REMIND THEM TO TRUST, REST, CELEBRATE AND TESTIFY TO HIM…WHAT YOU KNOW OF HIM…AND THAT “POWER BELONGS TO GOD!”
