STRENGTH FOR YOUR DAY!
“As your day so shall your strength be “-( Deut 33:25)
Strength to trust
Strength to love
Strength to work
Strength to rejoice
Strength to follow Him
Strength to resist temptation
Strength to do right
Whatever the opportunities you will have all the strength you need to rejoice, follow Him,rest, think on His love today and do what is set before you. This day you have Sufficient Strength from Him!
He STRENGTHENS through…Himself – { Read – 1 Peter 5:10};His Word – {Read Psalm 119:28}; His people – { Read -1 Thess 3:2}; Prayer – {Read – Eph 3:16}. How beautiful the words of the hymn are, “STRENGTH for today and bright hope for tomorrow… Great is Thy faithfulness, morning by morning new mercies I see, all I have needed Thy hand has provided… great is Thy faithfulness, LORD unto me!”
Whatever comes before you, you have His strength today for it. “I can do ALL thing through Christ who STRENGTHENS me { Phil 4:19-{Phil 4:19} “For God is working in you, giving you the desire and THE POWER to do what pleases Him. “-Phil 2:13 NLT }.
Lean on Him. Relate all to Him…and walk in His strength today. Strength that comes not from leaning on your own understanding but on Him who loved you unto death and arose again and sits in power on high and imparts all the power you need for this day you are never powerless in Him!
A PRAYER for STRENGTH!
“I PRAY that out of His glorious riches He may STRENGTHEN YOU with Power Through His Spirit in your inner being” -{Eph 3:16}.
What a glorious prayer to prayer for yourself this moment! Can you THINK of three people whom you can pray this prayer for now, putting their name into the verse, and personalizing. What a good prayer to commit to memory.
This day, you have Sufficient Strength from Him! Ask Him! He Loves you and He is praying for you today!
Hebrews 7:25, “He is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf” (NLT). And Romans 8:34, “It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us” (NKJV).
Robert Murray M’Cheyne, a 19th-century Scottish minister, said, “If I could hear Christ praying for me in the next room, I would not fear a million enemies. Yet the distance makes no difference; he is praying for me!” That is so true.
“As your day so shall your strength be…” – that’s good news!
