If Our Salvation – rescued from God’s just punishment for our sin, dominion of satan, and being made right with God -Depended Upon Our Perfection We Would all Be Damned, including me, including you.

 “As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.”-{Romans 3:10-11}

But It Depends on the Perfection of the sinless sacrifice of the Risen LORD Jesus Christ.

“She will give birth to a Son, and you shall name Him Jesus (The Lord is salvation), for He will [a]save His people from their sins.”-{Matthew 1:21 Amplified Bible}. Saved from the penelty of sin and reconciled to the Fther through and exclsuively through the LORD Jesus Christ who said “I am THE Way” not “a way,” He Himself spoke of the exclusiviety to get to the Father, “I am THE Way THE Truth THE life, NO ONE comes to the Father EXCEPT THROUGH ME!”-{John 14:6}

What we cannot do He did for us!-

  • “Therefore there is now no condemnation [no guilty verdict, no punishment] for those who are in Christ Jesus [who believe in Him as personal Lord and Savior]. For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has set you free from the law of sin and of death. For what the Law could not do [that is, overcome sin and remove its penalty, its power] being weakened by the flesh [man’s nature without the Holy Spirit], God did: He sent His own Son in the likeness of sinful man as an offering for sin. And He condemned sin in the flesh [subdued it and overcame it in the person of His own Son], so that the [righteous and just] requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us who do not live our lives in the ways of the flesh [guided by worldliness and our sinful nature], but [live our lives] in the ways of the Spirit [guided by His power].”-{Romans 8:1-5 Amplified Bible}

 

  • “Therefore, since we have been justified [that is, acquitted of sin, declared blameless before God] by faith, [let us grasp the fact that] we have peace with God [and the joy of reconciliation with Him] through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).  Through Him we also have access by faith into this [remarkable state of] grace in which we [firmly and safely and securely] stand. Let us rejoice in our hope and the confident assurance of [experiencing and enjoying] the glory of [our great] God [the manifestation of His excellence and power].- {Romans 5:1-2 Amplified Bible}. 

 

  • “He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness]. -{2 Corinthians 5:21}

Therefore All who repent, turn, submitting to God, putting their trust completely in the LORD Jesus Christ alone for forgiveness are saved, rescued from the spiritual danger of God’s wrath, His righteous judgement to punish sin, and the penalty for our sin and are completely forgiven based on the perfect righteous life Christ lived and His Substitute offering on the cross, offering Himself up to pay for all our sin, all of it, to satisfy the perfect righteous standard God demands and “For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.”-(2 Corinthians 5:21)…and bring us to God!

We are Saved, rescued from the spiritual danger of God’s wrath, righteous anger, justice, eternal consequences, the penalty of our sin, to be adopted into His family, forgiven completely, and accepted in the Beloved- the LORD Jesus Christ, bases soley on HIS performance!-( Read Romans 1:7; Ephesians 1:6).

All this Based On The Perfect Righteousness And Substitution Of The LORD Jesus Christ!

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the boundless riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”-{Ephesians 2:4-9}.

It is all of Grace, His Divine favor, unearned, undeserved, cant by it, inherit it, it is God’s Gift to us, “for by grace you are saved, and this not of yourselves it is THE GIFT of God, that NO ONE May boast!” Salvation is all of God! Glory!

“But it is {By God’s Doing} from Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God [revealing His plan of salvation], and righteousness [making us acceptable to God], and sanctification [making us holy and setting us apart for God], and redemption [providing our ransom from the penalty for sin],”-{1 Corinthians 1:30 Amplified Bible}
