“BUT GOD…”
You have “BUT GOD,” intervention testimonies in your life. Where God has intervened in a situation, your life, another person’s life, using circumstances, His Word, prayers, others, protecting, providing, restoring…where you have seen Him act. When things looked one way and then there was a “BUT GOD…” in the circumstance, sometimes delivering FROM difficulties, other times sustaining with Grace IN difficulties, other times protecting, providing, circumstancing events, people, to bring about His Will in a matter, a “BUT GOD…” moment, realization, cause for celebration
“BUT GOD…” who Saved, rescued you from sin to a relationship with Himself.
“BUT GOD…“ who Sustained you…
“BUT GOD…“ who Strengthened you,
“BUT GOD…” who healed your broken heart,”
“BUT GOD…” who has met you time and time again …
“BUT GOD…” I know that I’m prone to forget. God knows that as he does about all His believers who do so regarding His truth, from time to time, and so in Peter’s day also. Peter in 2 Peter shared that he writes these things THREE TIMES to remind them …” So I will ALWAYS REMIND you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have.”-(Read 2 Peter 1:12,13,15). He knew they, like us, have a tendency to forget. Often it’s not “new” truth we need but to be reminded of HIS Word and how God has met us, as we are prone to forget, those “BUT GOD’” moments from your own personal walk with Him! It’s good to ask Him to remind us of promises, truths from His Word that He met us at specific times and events He has personally involved Himself in our lives…-
Ask Him to recall to you such “BUT GOD..,” times to
- THINK on Him, in order to…
- STRENGTHEN your faith and focus in your present situation…
- THANK Him
- TESTIFY to others of HIM and your “But God,” moments!
