THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS INTERCEDING FOR YOU!
“Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.”-(Rom 8:26-27)
“But the Spirit Himself intercedes.” The verb is in the present tense. This is at any time, all the time when it is needed. He intercedes “for us.” The meaning here is that the Holy Spirit… acts in behalf of us.”-(Barber)
- When you are awake, The Spirit of God is praying for you.
- When you are forgetful, The Spirit of God is praying for you.
- When you are tempted, the Spirit of God is praying for you.
- When you have sinned, the Spirit of God is praying for you.
- When you are sleeping, the Spirit of God is praying for you.
- When you are suffering the Spirit of God is praying for you.
You may feel abandoned and forgotten in times of trouble but know in your troubles, when you don’t know how or what to pray, there is NEVER A time when the Spirit of God is not interceding for you- According to “the will of God.” Romans 8:26-27. He is praying for you. And all His prayers are answered!
This is part of God working all things out together for good to those who love Him and are the called, that the Holy Spirit is always praying for you “according to the will of God.”-{Read Romans 8:28}
