Luke Chapter 24-

Response to the Resurrection of Jesus Christ;

Christmas Eve. If you began December 1 and read a chapter of the day you have now read through the Gospel of Luke. And while Christmas Day some remember as the birth of Jesus Christ, Luke ends His Gospel with the Resurrection of our LORD Jesus. I’ve enjoyed it and am thankful to be able to write some devotionals and outlines. Hope they have encouraged you and thank you… let’s consider

PEOPLE AND RESPONSE TO THE RESURRECTION OFJESUS CHRIST..,

BURNING HEARTS;

He took the bread broke it gave thanks and revealed Himself to them. Their response was to realize He caused their hearts to burn when He opened the Scriptures to them.

  • The Scriptures Do not contradict but Testify to Him
  • He uses the Scriptures to cause our hearts to burn.

The Response;

They went seven Miles back to tell the disciples likes Jesus was Alive. Just as He said. They testified to the Resurrection of Jesus Christ! -(v 28-35)

  • Burning hearts testify to Jesus Christ! He uses the Scriptures to set our hearts alight with Him, testifying not because we have to but want to of Him to others.

No repentance. No forgiveness of sins!

10.- WITNESS AND WAIT -( 48-49)

11.- THE EFFECTS OF THE RESURRECTION.

Thankful to the LORD for helping me to be able to read daily and for those of you who have read along and encouraged me along the path.

Blessed {Praise} be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,”-{1 Peter 1:3}
