The WILL of God to be  Saying THANKS Continually

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.“-{1 Thess 5:18}.

Thanksgiving is the will of God, THANKSGIVING GLORIFIES GOD .{Luke 17:15-17}. Our prayers are to be permeated with Thanksgiving as it helps to combat anxiety also.- {Read Phil 4:6}. Thanksgiving helps us to stay spiritually “alert” in devoting ourselves to prayer -{Read Col 4:1-2}

Who is to be the FOCUS of Thanksgiving?

2. – THANKFULNESS IS TO PERMEATE YOUR PRAYING. – * Phil 4:6 “ Be anxious in Nothing but in EVERYTHING by prayer and supplication WITH THANKSGIVING… let your requests be made known unto God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding shall guard your heart and  minds in Christ Jesus.”  “Devote yourselves to prayer keeping alert through an attitude of thanksgiving.” – Col 4:2.

The revealed “will of God, ” is for us to give thanks. In times of difficulties we can thank Him for the opportunity to pray, to develop spiritually, to use for the advancement of the Gospel. In times of severe trials, Peter wrote “…Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,” {1 Peter 3:15}.

Develop Thanksgiving. Look again at the above verses. Choose a verse to Think on, Meditate, word for word, phrase by phrase and Do Give God Thanks.. It is His Will for you and me!
