“Give THANKS… FOR… He Is Good…” -{Psalm 136:1}…
“FOR” gives the reason for Thanksgiving. His “Goodness!!!”
Can you THINK of How He is”good?”
Consider some Scriptures to help spur you to Give Him Thanks.
1. -“Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.” – (Psalm 34:8)
2. – “The LORD is good to all;
He has compassion on all He has made.”- {Psalm 145:9}
3. – “Knowing that the Goodness of The Lord leads to repentance” – {Rom 2:4}
4. – “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”- {James 1:17}
5. – “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good–except God alone.” -{Mark 10:18}
6. – “But as for me, the nearness of God is my good; I have made the Lord God my refuge, That I may tell of all Your works.” – {Psalm 73:28}
