The Psalmist says they are “PRECIOUS THOUGHTS,” that God thinks concerning you, so vast are they, incalculable, he says they “CANNOT BE NUMBERED.” The Vastness of Good, Loving , kind, concerning thoughts He has towards you. To try and personally count, and hold in your hand, each grain of sand, on all the beaches, deserts, would be to attempt the Impossible. How much more grander and infinite is God’s thinking concerning you. They are,”Precious thoughts,.. they cannot be numbered. Were I to count them they would Outnumber the grains of sand.”- How wonderful, infinitely good are His thoughts towards you, “In Christ.”
But let your mind “think” on but a few of His “Precious thoughts” towards you, which I have jotted down, to stimulate your mind to ‘thinking” of His thoughts towards you and in turn you may marvel, worship and adore Him. Also that you may encourage yourself and others by “thinking” on His “Precious thoughts, ” concerning you and others. your thinking. If despair, anxiety, depression, hoovers over you like a dark cloud… THINK RIGHT… THINK ON TRUTH… THINK on this – ” How Precious are YOUR THOUGHTS about me, O GOD…”
1. – PRECIOUS THOUGHTS – YOU WERE IN HIS THOUGHTS BEFORE THE WORLD WAS CREATED; You are forever in His thoughts, never a point of a second, does He fail to think of you, He cannot nor He will not, fail to think about you. You are continuously on His mind. Infinitely so. His Word says before you were born, indeed before your parents, grand parents, go back in your “family tree,’ as far as you want, indeed go all the way back before God spoke the world into existence, and created the Heavens and the earth, the mountains, valleys, streams and seas teaming with creatures, Before the first sunrise, before the birds flew in the expanse of the heavens and He placed people on this earth before all of that, His Word says that HE knew of you and had plans for you and that HE “… CHOSE YOU, In Christ… BEFORE the foundation of the world,” {Eph 1:4} – OH- ” How PRECIOUS ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT ME. O GOD!”
2. -PRECIOUS THOUGHTS- HE WAS INTIMATELY INVOLVED IN YOUR BIRTH;” For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”- {Ps 139 :13-16} – ” How Precious are your thoughts towards me, O GOD.”
3. – PRECIOUS THOUGHT – YOU ARE THE SON’S DESIRE;Your Death will be, ” PRECIOUS in the eyes of the LORD.” The word, “precious,’ as used here can be translated,”excellent, bright,” It is precious, indeed excellent and bright because the Father grants the Son the DESIRE of His heart concerning YOU, “Father I desire where I am that THEY be with me also, to behold my Glory.” {John 17;24} – “How Precious are Your thoughts towards me, O GOD.”
4. – PRECIOUS THOUGHT- YOU ARE THE SON’S DELIGHT; “Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with EXCEEDING JOY.” – {Jude 1:24} – You will not be presented before God in shame, for Jesus bore your sin and shame, but before God you will be presented with,”exceeding great Joy.” Oh – ‘How Precious are Your thoughts towards me, O GOD.”

5. – PRECIOUS THOUGHT- HE LOVES YOU.
A. -HIS EVERLASTING LOVE; – “I have loved you with an Everlasting Love, I have drawn you to Myself “- {Jer 31:3-}. – “How PRECIOUS Your Thoughts towards me, O GOD.”
B. -A LOVE THAT EXISTED BEFORE YOU KNEW HIM – ” But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” {Rom 5:8}
C. – A CONTINUOUS LOVE – ” To him who loves us {CONTINUOUSLY}- and has freed us from our sins by his blood, and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.” {Rev 1:5-6}
D.- UNBREAKABLE LOVE – ” Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:“For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”- {Rom 8:35-39}- “How Precious YOUR THOUGHTS towards me, O God.”
When you think “No one cares, no one understands,” Know this, God is thinking about you, He cares, and as the verses above show, He has invested the Love of His Son for you. When the evil one or your own and my faulty thinking, doubts , would say,” God has forsaken you,” as David did,{Psalm 13:1-3}. Know He cannot forsake you, for He forsook His Son once and for all to bear your sin. He loves you, is for you, and thought trials and troubles are a part of this journey upon earth, know you have been and are infintatly on His mind, and those thoughts are for GOOD, from His heart of love for you. Nothing can sever you from His love. He is Intimately concerned for you. His Cross demonstrates it. Some may say, “It doesn’t matter what you feel, or think,” But to God, it does matter what you “think!” He says, “Think on whatever is True, whatever is lovely, whatever is praiseworthy…”- What can be more true, lovely, praiseworthy than you to THINK on Him and His “precious thoughts towards ” you! – “
* – “What is man that You take thought of him, And the son of man that You care for him?” – {psalm 8:4}
* ” My THOUGHTS TOWARDS you are GOOD, Not Evil.” {Jer 29:11}. He says,”I know the THOUGHTS I THINK TOWARDS YOU…” –
“THINK RIGHT”– IF YOU ARE TO ENJOY HIS -RIGHT AND “PRECIOUS THOUGHTS TOWARDS YOU! This means to recognize thoughts that are inconsistent with Him and who you are “IN CHRIST.” Recognize the thought REPLACE it with Truth, REJOICE in Him and His Word will transform your thinking to view yourself through His Word. It is not self esteem but a GODLY View of yourself that liberates and elevates you to delight in Him {Consider Rom 12:2}
THINK ON WHAT HE SAYS – NOT what you may erroneously think, “He thinks about you”- But what His Word reveals about His Thoughts concerning you}- He Loves you unconditionally, eternally, {Rev 1:5-6}; He will never abandon you but always with you.{Heb 13:5}. He totally, irrevocably, eternally says you are,”Accepted in the Beloved.” -{Eph 1:6}. You are “Justified”- acquitted of all sin charges against you and the righteousness of Christ imparted to you. So you stand as Christ stands before God- Perfect Righteousness. “You stand in grace”- accepted and adopted into the family of God -{2 Cor 5:21. Romans 5:1-2; Eph 1:3-6}. – “How PRECIOUS are YOUR THOUGHTS towards me, O GOD!”
MEMORIZE, MEDITATE ON WHAT HE THINKS OF YOU;

PRAY-ASK God to help you THINK – His THOUGHTS as revealed in HIS Word concerning you. PRAY- for others that they may honor Him and “THINK Right.’ to SEE themselves as HE sees them –
