” WONDERFUL – COUNSELOR- MIGHTY GOD….” –Isaiah 9:6.
He is Wonderful in His Person, in His Works, in His ways.
He is wonderful as personal Counselor to counsel how to turn from sin to God and be in right standing with God through the exclusivity of the Lord Jesus. His counsel is always right, is truth, is good, is in love, with wisdom, and for His Honor. He alone is only fit to be your Wonderful Counselor as He is perfect, all knowing, all wise, all good, trustworthy to lead you in the way that is right, and for His Name sake. He is wonderful in His counsel through your day for the various scenarios arise.
He is Wonderful in His counsel through His Wonderful Word by His Spirit. He imparts counsel how to deal with trials in a God honoring way {James 1:3-5,12}. He gives wonderful counsel how to handle temptation in a God honoring way {1 Corinthians 10:13}. He has given us wonderful counsel and power to live Godly and precious and magnificent promises to empower by the Holy Spirit. {2 Peter 1:3-4} He gives counsel in His Word the treasure and foundation for our souls to build on.
He is Wonderful as the All Mighty God who is…Mighty to create the world from nothing, sustain it effortlessly by the power of His Word. He is All Mighty to save, deliver, rescue a soul from the torment of sin, satan and death , and keep you safe for eternity with His power. No one, absolutely no one is able to pluck you from His safe keeping power, as you “are kept by the power of God.” He is Mighty enough to change heart’s, circumstances and provide all of your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ. He is Almighty, there is none to compare, no equal. He is self- existent , in need of nothing or no one outside of Himself, the Great, ”I AM,”- The Mighty God,…

HIS NAME IS – WONDERFUL
Judges 13:18 – ” But the angel of the LORD said to him, ‘Why do you ask my name, seeing it is wonderful?'”
HIS WORD IS – WONDERFUL
Psalm 119:128 – “Your testimonies are wonderful; therefore my soul observes them.”
HIS WORKS Are – WONDERFUL
Psalm 96:3 – “Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.”
HIS COUNSEL IS – WONDERFUL
Isaiah 28:29 – “This also comes from the LORD of hosts, who has made His counsel wonderful and His wisdom great.”
HIS SALVATION IS – WONDERFUL
1 Peter 2:9 – “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
HE IS – WONDERFUL
Isaiah 9:6 – “For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.“
How are YOU to respond to this Wonderful LORD?
1. – REMEMBER – HIS WONDERFUL DEEDS
1 Chronicles 16:2 – “Remember His wonderful deeds which He has done, His marvels and the judgments from His mouth.”
2. – BELIEVE –IN HIS WONDERFUL- WORKS
Psalm 78:32 – “In spite of all this they still sinned and did not believe in His wonderful works.”
3. – TELL– OF HIS WONDERFUL DEEDS
Psalm 96:3 – “Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.”
4. – SING – BECAUSE OF HIS WONDERFUL DEEDS
Psalm 98:1 – “O sing to the LORD a new song,For He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.”
5. – GIVE THANKS – FOR HIS WONDERFUL WORKS – KNOW IT
Psalm 139:14 – “I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.”
6. MEDITATE – ON HIS WONDERFUL WORKS
Psalm 145:5 – “On the glorious splendor of Your majesty And on Your wonderful works, I will meditate.”
7. PRAY – TO SEE HIS WONDER
Psalm 119:18 – “Open my eyes, that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law.”
Thank God right now. Go back over these verses and read back what is Wonderful concerning Him. For Example His Word is Wonderful. His Works are Wonderful. His Counsel is Wonderful. He is Wonderful. Worship Him and let Him hear your praise even now. Sing to Him – Him who is Wonderful – and begin to THINK on these truths. Remember His Wonderful deeds and Works. But we cannot remember if we do not place His Word into our hearts.
“What a Wonderful Savior is Jesus my Jesus…” He only does wondrous things and He is Wonderful and His Word teaches concerning you dearly beloved that you are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” God bless you and may the Lord Jesus hear your praise and be to you who He is – “WONDERFUL.”

Choose to…
1. Memorize these Scriptures
2. Meditate on His Wondrous dealings with others in Scripture and even in your own life.
3. Praise – Thank and Tell others of this “Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God…” – THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
4. Take one verse, and perhaps on a three by five card, write it out, and when you have time, read it and meditate and memorize it and incorporate it into your PRAYING AND WORSHIP to Him …. let these verses be fuel for the fire of your faith and the devotion of your heart to Him in Worshipping Him in spirit and in truth.
