George Mueller had been told while on board a ship, that the ship would not arrive at his destination in time for him to make his speaking engagement. He went down stairs to pray, the captain went with him. Mueller prayed a simple prayer asking the LORD to please lift the fog. When he and the captain went back up on board the deck to the captain’s amazement the fog had lifted. Mueller said to the captain, “My eye is not on the density of the fog but on the Living God!” It was in a difficult time in his life when Uzziah the king, the temporal king had died that Isaiah Looked up and saw the Everlasting King reigning!
LOOK UP- Focus on HIM, and know who you are, “In Christ.” LOOK UP– IN Him you are ACCEPTED, irrevocably, eternally, “In Christ.”- {Eph 1:6.}LOOK UP- For He has BLESSED you with every spiritual blessing, “In Christ.”- {Eph1:3.}LOOK UP- He has DELIVERED you from the wrath of God. He is your DEFENDER, DELIVERER!- {Rom 5:}.LOOK UP- and know you are EVERLASTINGLY Loved by Him, and nothing can separate you from the love of Christ.- {Rom 8:31-39.}LOOK UP- Your Heavenly FATHER loves you, and from Him “every good and perfect gift comes from… and if you been evil know how to give good gifts, HOW MUCH MORE Your Heavenly Father…LOOK UP- For your GREAT High Priest sat down having accomplished the work of His Father and opened the way for you though His sacrifice. He may come any time. He is GOOD, GREAT, and GOD-{Heb4:12-16.}.LOOK UP- He is your HELP in times of trouble. He is your HOPE. – {Ps 121:1;Rom 15:13.}. LOOK UP- For “by God’s doing you are IN Christ, who became to you wisdom from God, righteousness, sanctification, redemption.”{1 Co 1:30}. LOOK UP and see who He says you are and what you have “IN Christ.” He is INTIMATELY acquainted with you and His “eye is upon the righteous and His ear attentive to your call,”-{1 Peter 3:12}.LOOK UP- God is KING- not some puny man, whose breath God controls. He is KIND, KNOWING ALL…KING OF KINGS. LOOK UP– You are LOVED with an everlasting love, by the LORD, who is LORD over Creation, LORD of Salvation, LORD over our final destination, LORD over every Situation, LORD of lords.
Who and where are you looking? LOOK UP to Him who still sits in Soverignty and with Love, who will right all wrongs! LOOK UP- He is on His Throne, He reigns, He rules.
